About
VšĮ Bendrystės erdvė was born out of many years of work with people and a simple but important observation — everyone needs a place where they can be themselves.
Over my professional path I have met hundreds of people. Some came through divorce or crisis, others seeking answers to important questions, wanting to understand themselves better, build more mature relationships, raise children, find more inner calm or simply meet like-minded people.
I noticed that people need more than knowledge, consultations or solutions. They need a safe space for conversation, to be heard, supported and truly connected. A space where they don't have to act strong, perfect or all-knowing. A space to learn, grow, make mistakes, discover and create.
That is how Bendrystės erdvė came to be — a place for people who want to live more consciously, build closer relationships with themselves and others, share experiences, learn, grow and feel they belong to a community.
It holds room for many themes of life: relationships, parenting, personal growth, emotional health, communication, change, dreams, creativity and all that matters to a person. Because life is not only crises. It is also about closeness, meaning, joy, curiosity, new discoveries and connection.
Bendrystės erdvė is an invitation to be together. Not because things are hard, but because people need people.

I'm Gražina Didžbalienė — the centre's director, family mediator-supervisor, lecturer and member of the Lithuanian Chamber of Mediators. For over two decades my work has been devoted to the well-being of families, children and people facing crises.
My path was shaped by work in the child-rights protection system, leading a children's crisis centre, years of family-mediation practice and training specialists. I have worked with family-dispute cases since 2007 and practised family mediation since 2013. I completed the Crisis Intervention programme at the Institute of Humanistic and Existential Psychology, where I now teach the course “Family Crises”.
I also create and lead groups for women, men, couples, teenagers and parents, focused on personal growth, emotional resilience, nurturing relationships and coping with crises.
In my work I combine mediation, crisis intervention and family support. I believe that even in the most difficult situations it is possible to find solutions that preserve respect and responsibility and build more sustainable relationships — with oneself and others.
